After being portrayed by Mark Pellegrino, Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester), and Misha Collins (Castiel), the role of Lucifer is going to be possessed by the rock icon this season, and I’m personally over the moon about this nugget of casting news. Springfield is a badass, and I think he’ll bring the perfect amount of edginess and humor to the charming (yet totally evil, let’s not forget that) devil we know. Sam and Dean, get ready to rock n’ roll.
