100 Day Film Challenge – Day 10 | Deathgasm (2015)

Deathgasm is a bloody good, filthy time. Directed by Jason Lei Howden and starring Milo Cawthorne, James Blake, and Kimberly Crossman, the movie is centered around a metal band who accidentally summon  forth demons from Hell after playing a song from some sheet music that was given to them. Insanity ensues.

Imagine that Evil Dead had a baby with death metal, and you kind of have an idea what Deathgasm is. This is a blood-soaked, crude, fun film. The effects are very well-done for what this film is, and the acting is pretty solid. The story won’t win awards, but that doesn’t matter. This is pure fun.
